How to reach a real person.
Stack is currently in closed beta with a small team. Support runs through email, and emails go to actual humans who actually built the product. Response times below are real, not aspirational.
Where Stack is today
Stack is in closed beta as of May 2026. Public launch is targeting Q3 this year. If you signed up on the waitlist at usestack.app, you're in line for first access to the public trial. If you have a beta invite already, the in-app support flow is the fastest path. If you don't have an account yet, the contact addresses below reach the team directly.

Common questions
When will Stack be available to the public?
Public launch is targeting Q3 2026. Waitlist signups at usestack.app get first access. The first 1,000 paid signups get Founding Member pricing locked for life, and the first 250 paid signups can choose Lifetime at $249 one-time. After those caps fill, the tiers close.
I'm in the beta. Where do I get support?
The in-app help flow is the fastest path. If you're stuck on something the in-app flow can't resolve, email hello@usestack.app and we'll route it to whoever can help.
How do I delete my data?
If you have an account: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data. Profile data is deleted immediately, transaction history within 30 days, backup copies within 90 days. If you don't have an account but want a waitlist signup removed, email privacy@usestack.app with the email address you used.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Stack offers a 7-day no-questions refund window after any charge. In the app: Settings → Subscription → Refund. One click. No retention prompts. No support ticket required. If something goes wrong with the automated flow, email hello@usestack.app and we'll handle it manually.
What about issues outside the 7-day window?
Email hello@usestack.app with your situation. We handle these case-by-case. The pledge is to treat the request fairly, not to guarantee a specific outcome.
Is Stack a financial advisor?
No. Stack is a software tool, not a financial advisor. The recommendations Stack makes are informational. They are based on your card data, your spending, and the card terms database we maintain. The financial decisions you make using Stack are yours.
How do I report a bug?
For beta users, the in-app feedback flow is the most useful path, because it captures device context automatically. For non-account holders or for issues that prevent you from reaching the in-app flow, email hello@usestack.app.
Is there a phone number?
Not currently. Stack is a small team and we've chosen to put our support time into thoughtful email responses rather than queue-based phone support. If your situation genuinely requires a phone call (security incident, urgent legal matter), email us first and we'll arrange a call.
How does Stack make money?
Stack makes money from subscriptions ($89.99/year Founding Member, $249 Lifetime, $9.99/month Pro Monthly) and from optional card referrals through the Explore Cards feature when users choose to apply. Stack never takes affiliate money on Optimizer recommendations. The full structure is on the Affiliate Pledge page.
Where is Stack based?
Stack is operated by Stack Money, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. The team is small and distributed. Business correspondence goes to the addresses above.
Response time commitments
hello@usestack.app: 2 business days for typical inquiries. Often faster.
privacy@usestack.app: 30 days for formal data requests as required by law. Typically much faster in practice.
pledge@usestack.app: 48 hours, founder-direct.

Stack is small. We will not pretend otherwise. A real person reads what you send, and a real person writes back.
